First the smoothies: Owner Leo Razko boasts that his Mediterranean smoothie (freshly squeezed apple, carrot, orange juices mixed with fresh peaches, strawberries and bananas) and Ambrosia signature smoothie (banana, date, honey and milk) make a statement. The sandwiches have also been a hit with the ladies watching their waistlines, including the veggie Labne sandwiches (yogurt and a choice of bread with Mediterranean spices) and the build-your-own salad option. For those thumbing their noses at dieting, pastries from Sweet Thang are also on the menu. Indulge in fresh fruit tarts, raspberry mousse, cheesecake or the chocolate eclair. After hours (after 7PM), guests may settle into cozy sofas and pillow-lined benches for hookah pipes (11 flavors include strawberry, cherry, banana, orange and mint), kitschy visuals on three plasma screens and free wireless Internet."

Ambrosia Cafe's comfortable seating and inviting atmosphere are enhanced by its three plasma televisions and free Internet access. Hookah is available after 7 p.m. nightly, and BYOB is encouraged.
